as it is the festive season we decided to open then comp to 48 players max. the format will remain the same just that there will be six in each group instead of five.

the draw will be done on saturday 15th @ lunchtime and posted on pro9 shortly after, also you will see which table you will be playing on, so when you arrive at the venue you can practice on that table, which in turn means we can start promptly at 11am.

also free practise on saturday from 12noon.

I'll probably come down Saturday afternoon for some practice. If anyone wants a set or 2 of 9 ball against a tweaker for £100 ish let me know :)

There's no guarantee I'll play you 'cos there are some good players in that line up but if you are not one of those superstars I might just let you take my dough for the sake of getting some match experience before the event on Sunday :)

Looks like i'm going to have to pull out of this one as i don't think i'm going to get my cue back from the States in time :(

I'd borrow one to play with but after trying that at the Barnsley open the other week i found out the hard way there's really no substitute for having your own cue.
