Darkside hasn't got UK Pool buzzing at all. He is just something you guys can talk and laugh about at events rather than the girls behind the bar.

I hate to think what people reading this from overseas will think about the state of UK Pool. If this is what we need to get pool buzzin' again then god help us. i applaud him for the tournaments his setting up riggers,tv exposure his trying to bring into the game,and bringing a bit of humour to the site!! just what we need!!and the game! to the lies and bullshit then thats nothing to do with me ,i agree with you 99% of time and i know you are a straight talker! and very honest man! so whatever problem you have with darkside thats really between you too! i agree sometimes he goes overboard!

The forum does need lightening up, but not at the expense of annoying and offending other players. And yes, hats off to Gareth for setting up tournaments, money games and "trying" to get tv exposure. What I dont like about the darkside thing is that he continuously tries to belittle Riggers over a poxy pool game which was a short race.
I have met Lee a couple of times, and imho I take people at face value, and most of the time I have a good instinct for working out the bell-ends. Lee aint one of them, he's a straight talking, honest decent guy, who again imho is being tried to make a riducule out of by Darkside, with or without bragging rights, say summat once and its over, finished and thats fair enough. But to constantly rub Lee's nose in it is pathetic.
Dixon is a good mate of mine, and even though he's big and daft, if he tells me summat I will take his word as gospel if its on a serious note, and Craig said that when he met Darkside at the pool comp that he was actually a decent bloke on face value, and quite funny.
So I know that Gareth uses the forum in jest, but damm it gets annoying, and I suppuse I have a choice in not reading I guess.
I know for certain that if they have a rematch and if Lee wins, then he may say something on the forum, ie bragging rights, but that will be it, end of story I reckon.
I just hope they have the rematch, and win or loose either of them after the match they shake hands and pass it as water under the bridge, and no more pointless dribble from Gareth.
Just my two penneth.
