i am not trying to scare lee for the sake of it but bad things happen to cues going into usa that contain ivory, si you cannot ignore the fact that this happens

It depends on the courrier service used, one of which in particular, that many cue collecors and/or makers/traders, are now making a point of avoiding, when trading cues that have any ivory ferrules/inlays.
I won't mention the name of the company, but someone will be able to PM you the name of the company.
