Helloooo Poollady, check out the message which is just above your's. The way it works is you click on the link above which will take you to the website, Then click on the lower of the two photos on the lefthand side of the page, that will take you to the section devoted to the Tournaments. On the left hand side, click on "resultados" and then on International Tournament groups in the central panel, scroll down until you reach "Lugo Open Bola 9 Grupo "A" or "B" etc. Click on any of these and the flow chart for that group will open up. Once the group stages have finished, the final stage of 32 players will be found by clicking on "Lugo Cuadrante Open Bola 9" Tony Drago is in Group D, yesterday he had a walkover in the first and won the second 7-0 today he plays at 4.00 pm. Daryl Peach is in Group B, yesterday won 7-1, 7-1, plays today at 2.00 pm. Imran Majid is in Group E, plays at 4.00 pm today. Andy Worthington is in Group G, plays at 5.30 pm [ This message was edited by: malaguista on 2007-07-07 11:24 ]

It looks like Peach lost in the Semi-Finals, Majid and Drago both lost in the Quarter-Finals, and Worthington lost in the Last 16 Stage. Got back today from Spain. Had a superb time thanks to a whole host of people..... Peter and Kate, thanks again for your hospitality.....top job as usual sir. It was good to see doug and Brenda again....Doug was on fire last night....joke after joke....funny as he11. It was also good to See Luke Riches in attendance with his family. Thanks to the Spannish federation for another top event....Spain truly is the place in Europe for top organised events! Me personally....well i wasnt too well for the first couple of days but managed to come through the qualifying stages. The last 32 was a strong line up, with most of the top Spannish boys in the same half....my half lol. Alcaide, Fazanes, Alcobero, Cabello, Gaspar, Diaz, Guzman, Worthington. I got through to the semi after beating Alcobero, gaspar, and Guzman.....where i met Cabello. I didnt play a poor shot but came out of it a 9-4 loser.....he played a perfect game...actually running a 6pack in the middle of the match. I was pleased with my performance in general, and had no complaints about losing in that fasion. Cant wait for the next time i visit Spain for an event!! -----------------

Thanks Daryl for your comments, it was good, as usual, to see you, Andy, Imran and Tony. The sport is continually developing in Spain and there are thousands of players that have never seen top professionals playing live. Sorry you didn't make it past Cabello but he was certainly in top form up until the final. From my point of view, this was one of our best events, any problems that we might have had were not noticed by the players. The timetables went well and in general I think that most people were happy. The venue for me was superb and I hope that we can use it again. It was good to spend time with Doug, Brenda, Luke, Liz and Isabella and I thoroughly enjoyed the week in the North of Spain. I only got back home last night so will be posting some pics later today. Thanks again guys, you will always be welcome in Spain.
