I'd vote for Reyes because of his overall ability. Cuelemans in 3C is also a monster, winning world titles over a span of 40 years is unique.
And then there is Steve Davis, 6 times snooker champ. In fact I'd consider Davis as an ambassador for all cue sports. It has to be said that his involvement in 9ball helped popularity of the game.

Seems to me like you're judging pool player's cue actions by snooker standards. Just like snooker, those cue actions came after decades of (un)successful experiments. Many types of strokes which are required in pool are (almost) never used in snooker. Having said that, I think the ideal would be snooker technique mixed with loose grip of Filipino players.

Silly thread.
You can only compare those who compete against each other at the same game on the same equipment, everything else is just speculation and opinions.
Best snooker player is Hendry.
Best pool player is Reyes.
Not sure about 3 cushion billiards.
