Ahhh... They were hiding in the "Wales" list - so how come the English aren't in the English list then? !!! QUOTE !!! On 2007-02-22 12:10 , RACKRUNNER21 Wrote:

Yeah, Marlon Manalo on the EuroTour!!! Incredible!
Not sure I like the seeding thing... None of the "great player" vs "noobie" bets available on Bwin for the first matches!

Good comeback by Dave Mccarthy against Calum Ranson. 8-3 down, came back to win 10-9.
Just a shame it was against a fellow Brit!

Techy question: I want to view the video feed from Bwin but i can't access a betting site from work.
Does anyone know if the feed itself can run in a browser window without all the betting stuff around it? I.e. get its direct URL and stuff that in the address bar?
Not very fair on Bwin, i agree and i access it normally at home, its just bugging the the devils playground out of me not being able to watch it while i'm bored at work.

I think i have the opposite problem, i have now found the pool option on the website, but cant seem to get the video up, it just says connection failed, is this something the nasty IT people at my work have put a block on?

could be that, there could be too many people watching the feed or it could be some incompatibility issue with your computer.
I recall it being a problem that people have suffered with before.

Once you've signed in, check down the right hand side for a pool match with a red "video" label on it.
Click on that match and you'll get a page with the current score of that match on it... There's another red button with "play" written on it... Click that!
If everything's working correctly you'll see a "connecting" test card, and then shortly afterwards the video picture will appear.
If this isn't happening for you then maybe something is wrong, either your end or at Bwin, but I'm getting the picture fine at Bwin currently.

Shame that a lot of the GBR players are bunched up together at the bottom of the draw. Action starts at 8am according to Bwin, but the EuroTour website says matches start at 10am... So we'll see who's right! Enjoy, and good luck!

some players have lost twice in one tournament, and are still in, can this be right? [ This message was edited by: indiana on 2007-02-24 12:23 ]
