We will be holding our Annual 9 Ball competition on Sunday 4th Feb starting at 1pm, registration 12.30pm. This is the first time we've advertised in any form other than in-house posters so expected entries are unknown but in past years 16 - 25 is the usual number. £10 entry, all entry fees paid out in prize money + £100 added + winner's name on house trophy, past winners include Bobby Lee and Matt Potter. Group stages (randomly drawn, no handicaps) upto quarter finals. The venue is Rack 'n' Roll sports bar, 170 Belgrave Gate, Leicester, 0116 2332929. Hot food will be available throughout the day. Any questions please either call and speak to Ben or Dave or e-mail me at bmoore@leicestersq.com. We will have all standards of players so please feel free to come and play even if it's just to have a lazy Sunday afternoon's pool. Ben.

For some reason the knockout tournaments in our club never seem to get the numbers it should considering we have 30+ for our weekly 9 ball league. Hopefully this one will be the exception thanks to Pro9...

412, depending on numbers races will be to either 4 or 5, longer races from quarters onwards. Ironarm, be great if you and a few others could make it. Potter, you're playing better with your cast so i wouldn't worry mate. [ This message was edited by: Benjamin on 2007-01-18 11:36 ]
