QUOTE !!! wat is the 12 month and 24 month top 10 i cant download either Hi Tony, The rankings are provided in either .pdf or .xls file format, the benefit of this is that you can easily view and print very elaborate charts with the PDF's, and the XLS file has every single statistic imaginable. Perhaps the small downside of these excellent charts is that some people may need to download and install the free version of the software before they can view the documents. Get Adobe ReaderYou can download Adobe Reader by clicking the above link. Can someone else provide some info about viewing the xls file? ----------- Edit Nevermind, I've removed the xls file now! ...following on from Emesy's list. High ranking come from the following.. 1) The person who turns up to most events 2) The person who stays awake longest 3) The person that gets a 'lucky' draw 4) The person who makes the least mistakes due to Red Bull. 5) The person who gets a decent B&B the night before 6) The person with the most practise (oh and talent) Otherwise - Dazzler, Imran, Appleton, Holtz, Gray, Donlon, Hundal, Uzzell and Burford [ This message was edited by: expertfluke on 2007-06-28 18:53 ]

what have seen over past 12 months we have maybe at least 20 odd strong players maybe more and standard defo got better past year
in no order
1.hundal 2.boyes 3.drago 4.majid 5.fulcher 6.osbourne 7.peach 8.jason shaw 9.crosby 10.donlon 11.carl morris 12.richard jones 13.mark gray 14.stuart colclough 15.kevin uzzell 16.pat holtz 17.matt lawrence 18.mick hill if played more 19.neil raybone if played more 20.phil harrison if played more 21.bobby lee 22.richard broumpton 23.kevin hew 24.matt overton 25.mike rogers 26.anthony ginn 27.andy richardson 28.andy worthington 29.paddy the ginger kid 30.dvali
theres planty more good sticks too prob missed some
widlow,t singh,chapman,buckmaster, k smith,,stephenson,jon davies,steve brown,james kay,phil burford, t burton,symmons,mcCarthy,riggers,higton.mckenna if still plays etc etc etc
so looking at list above be great if we had a consistant field like the one above all time the winner would be spread about so much more i think and the quality would get better all time !!
out of the 30 above how many usually turn up for a bpppa event maybe around 10-12 tops
be great if we had large tough fields all time good formats etc all the players there then we had have a fair ranking reflection!
it can be done lets hope it happens !

it can be done lets hope it happens ! It WILL be done dyno, I can assure you. As we speak there is a team of people working with the BPPPA to make it happen. I'm convinced we will have the best national tour in Europe and everyone will want to play on it. Watch this space.... Meantime it would be nice to see all those mentioned above do battle in Barnsley at the end of July. I understand players feelings but just hope we don't see boycotting of events because it is only damaging our game and doesn't give much encouragement to those who are working hard to bring the improvements you all want so much. So please come out in force to show your support and have faith. [ This message was edited by: Riggers on 2007-06-29 08:35 ]

Yeah Daz you forgot me in my heyday.. On another note it will be great to see the BPPPA run properly, that is all that the player wants, and can we move from Rileys clubs to private ones then at least I will be allowed to play again and support the tour (if the improvements are put in place)

it can be done lets hope it happens ! Daz, out of the 30 names you have mentioned above, 6 live across water and 3 dont even play 9ball....so really your list consists of 21 players that could realisticly play UK events. Then out of those 21 that are left, 2 live in Scotland and 6 live in London (all 8 currently have at least a 450 mile round trip if they wanted to play) So that now leaves 13 players from your list....which is more or less the players that still come to the events! As Riggers said, hopefully things are gonna change and venues will be more spread from now on! Add players to your list: Steve Knight. Lee Tucker. Mike Valentine. Adam Clarke. Geoff Dunn. Ross McInnes. Ben Davies. Steve Davis. Micky Lambert. Ian West. Gary Stewart. Brad Parker. Martin Correia. Pal Williams. Courtny Symmons. Thomas Ainsworth Smith. Phil Burford. Tony Burton. Gareth Esprit. Nick Dyson. James Frith. Tony Weafer. Matt Hyden. Damian Massey. Rico Diks (lives in London) Jay Trivedi. Raj Sagoo. The list could go on and on...so there are plenty of good quality players in the UK.....we just need a tour that will attract them back....and then once attracted, they need to have targets on the tour in order to help them to keep coming back! Like i said a million times, i have many good ideas that i would like to help the bpppa with.....still waiting for the phone call though. -----------------
