A SHORT BREAK AND BACK TO THE GAME

Another series of matches in the Billiard Ekstraklasa awaits us.

On Friday, May 9, the Billiard Ekstraklasa organized by the Polish Billiard Association returns to Galeria Echo in Kielce. There will be no shortage of emotions, especially since the leader and vice-leader of the table will face each other.

At the top of the table after the first meeting is GKS Katowice, and Fortis Bilard Kielce is right behind the Silesian team. This will be a particularly exciting match of the second meeting. The club from the capital of the Świętokrzyskie province is a multiple Polish champion, which is very eager to return to the top. The plans of the star-studded GKS are also outlined in golden colors. Although the clash between them in the regular round does not decide anything, after all, the Final4 in November is still ahead of us, nevertheless each of these teams will want to make it clear to their opponents who deserves the championship.

Of course, this is not the end of the excitement! Saturday's clash between Strefa Łódź and Akademia Bilardowa Rokietnica will certainly be a good spectacle. The match between Bank Spółdzielczy w Sokółka LP Sokółka and Zakręcona Bila Poznań also promises to be interesting.

Things will also be hot at the bottom of the table. Currently, the relegation zone is occupied by the teams of Arkadia II Tczew and Fortis Bilard II Kielce, and they will do everything to get out of the red zone. 71 teams participate in the Polish Billiard League. Nine compete in the Ekstraklasa, 10 in the 1st Polish Billiard League, while 52 teams compete in 9 groups of the 2nd Polish Billiard League. The organizer of the league competition is the Polish Billiard Association.
