1. Entrance fee to the 2006 US 9-Ball Open.
2. Return flights to Chesapeake, VA.
3. 8 nights hotel accomodation near the venue.This event will be limited to 32 players.
Details:
The date of the qualifier will be Sunday 6th August.
The venue will be Rileys, Ledard Rd. Glasgow. (Churchill's)
Tournament format: 8 groups of 4 players playing a round-robin format (races to 6). Top 2 players in each group qualify to next round (last 16).
Last 16: Straight knockout - races to 7.
Last 8 (QF): Straight knockout - races to 7.
Last 4 (SF): Straight knockout - races to 9.
Final: Race to 11.
The winner of this event will join the best pool players in the world at the Chesapeake Conference Centre on Sept 25th - Oct 1st to play in the 2006 US 9-Ball Open.

Last year's US Open winner: Alex Pagulayan.
