Pretty funny that they had the us open as a ranking event for 2011 but not last
Year..

Good news least there is around 8-9 events this year so the rankings could take shape and be a good reflection come end of year..

Gaz, it matters for sponsorship as well as invitations to major events. It's very important for top players and does affect the $$$ they earn. The WPA handling of the ranking list has been shambolic.

Although i see Scott Higgins is currently in 23rd place and second of the Brits. And there must be a new boy to the UK scene as Thomas Engert from GBR is currently in 24th.......what a liberty (the Engert from GBR....not Scott being 23rd)
