Got a PM on AZB if I could tell who I thought would be top 20 in Europe, if playing a 10-ball tour.

Well, I came up with this list. (Top 5 the way I think they would be ranked, the rest just thrown in)

1. Ralf Souquet
2. Niels Feijen
3. Darren Appleton
4. Marcus Chamat
5. Thomas Engert
6. David Alcaide
7. Tony Drago
8. Mika Immonen
9. Oliver Ortmann
10. Thorsten Hohmann
11. Nick van den Berg
12. Fabio Petroni
13. Alex Lely
14. Marco Tschudi
15. Roman Hybler
16. Konstantin Stepanov
17. Radoslaw Babica
18. Markus Juva
19. Vilmos Foldes
20. Imran Majid

This would be a great 10-ball league, imo.

Who would you like to replace, and with who? Why? Could be an interesting discussion...

And wouldn't it be nice to finally get a 10-ball tour?

6 stops a year, 500 € entryfee, max 64 players...

not retired, and I don't think he would make top 20 in 10-ball.

If you disagree feel free to replace him with another player. Of the players I mean he could replace is Babica or Foldes, but right now I mean they are better than him.

Of course I could be wrong, but for now, that's my list.

I think you've done a pretty good job of a difficult task. I'd have Imran higher right now though - he's playing great and is so consistent.

Regarding Imran being on nr 20 on my list.

Top 5 I have ranked the way I think they would finish after a season, the rest I just put in there. Didn't put Imran on 20 because I think he will end up as nr 20.

Striker - I dont profess to be an expert at 9 Ball and obviously don't follw the results of all tournaments as close as you.....BUT

I do believe saying Mark Gray is losing it is a little disrespectful.

Just because he has not won anything for a while, he consistently performs at the highest level - clearly deomstrated from the ranking on the Eurotour, maintaining the No.1 spot for countless months.

And if he manages to have a decent run in Weert, could be selected for the Mosconi Cup.

Along with this - his selction by Matchroom for the World Cup of Pool.

As everyone knows Mark has only been playing this game for a couple of years and I personally believe for someone who does not practice, does pretty well!!!

As well as always conduscting himself in a gracious and professional manner - a player who I think has the respect of his peers.

Ok, I know striker enjoys this but let's just get the record straight... as much as it pains me to say this LOL... he's actually a really pleasant and good guy who'd do owt for anyone. A very good player too at both snooker and english pool. Had his own club until recently when he sold his half to his business partner. You'd get on well with him Mark, and like lefty says he's just a bit mischievous and having a laugh trying to provoke a response to liven the place up.

He's friends with Daz and Andy App too so enjoys constantly saying how Imran is the best player just to wind Darren up and likewise with the comments about Andy being a novice. I, like lefty, understand what's going on so laugh my socks off too. Don't take it the wrong way.

Sorry to blow you cover Eric pal :)

(oh and don't get him mixed up with StrOker)

im not sure wat ur game is striker u sure ur on the right forum?

you have taken a couple of cheap digs at mark and even if ur joking you are making urself look like a complete fool, which i have no doubt that you are

if u cant post anything positive then dont bother at all

maybe ur one of these players that makes 5 tons on the bounce at snooker, and when u play pool you lose 9-1 but break perfect, play brilliant safety and never miss a ball

another loser that has'nt got a clue!!!!!

I have heard a lot of him, but have never seen him play... :( I know he has a sick break, so perhaps he could perform very well in 10-ball.

If you want Stalev in - who would you kick out?
