Long overdue i'd say. It looks good but i guess you'd need a few chops with it first.

Hi,
Am I the only one who wishes Predator would stop making cues like this and the BK series etc with the lion logo splashed all over them. I know they're great cues but I hate that big logo. It looks really tacky in my opinion!

Thanks,
Chris.

A friend ordered them so not sure. Predator haven't distributed them yet so it will be a while. They released the BK2 and 314-2s early and had massive recall problems. I hope they delay the launch of this cue to iron out any production flaws. I for one will wait my turn.

I would have thought the best place to get them would be our very own PRO9 shop!

For anyone waiting on a Predator Air the latest I've heard is start of October.

I'm sure BigDave might be persuaded to take some pre orders for those interested with prices to be confirmed on release? What ya think big man?

I have spoken to a friend who has used a prototype and he says its a good cue.

Oh before i sound like a predator spokesman, i think the phrase here might be "if it aint broke dont fix it" I wouldn't mind betting that a lot of people on here have changed cues looking for "the one" and then wished they had not changed, it all comes down to if this jump cue shows the same increased performance demonstrated by a 314 against standard shaft.

I agree Dynamite but in the instance that all options of a kick there is a ball in the way then at least you have the option to jump!!

I know it may be very rare that this may happen but you never know.

Some of the asian players i have seen though use the jump as a skill not just to hit the ball and get out a snooker but also pot the ball get positon at run out the rack!!!!!

full cue to jump is a good compromise. takes a the devils playground of a lot of skill to do it, and you dont get none of those silly one to two inch jumps. which is harsh for the player who made the good safety.

problem with the short stick is even an imbecile can do it after a five mins practice with a phenolic tip.

to those who would ban phenolic tips i say leather and cyno , and to those who would ban jump cues i say don't play American pool and while iam here leave the pocket sizes alone
