Daz is really struggling this morning.... He could be in big trouble if he doesn;t beat this jet-lag... He's already in the one-loss-side, and he's now 4-1 down against... Ermm... Some young chap. (Edit: Jurgen Jenisy)

His break isn't working great, and an uncharacteristic missed shot earlier too... Not the easiest shot in the world, but you'd normally expect him to make those.

I'd love to hear some feedback from the players about the tight pockets... Apparently matches are taking longer at this event.

when i was in austria they used break box at 9ball so you couldn't break from the rail.. So they using the 2 side break boxes for this..

Daz was well out of sorts for that game.. Gave it to him at 6-1 after missing 8ball down rail.. Think the jet-lag took its toll on him..

Conditions are really tough here, way too hot in the playing arena as there's no A/C. Think the pockets have tightened up compared to previous euro tours but think they're fair as you can still pinch a bit if playing at the right pace but also can miss if you not hitting the middle of the pocket when hitting them hard.

I played good against Ortmann, missed a couple of balls which is a lot less than what i've seen this week, lol. Playing another German called Manuel Ederer next to qualify for the single elim rounds :o)

Tough for me never shook the jetlag of ..woke up at 4am wide awake so tired at 9am and carried on from yesterday couldn't make a run out in 4 matches lol.. Sweating like the devils playground rails play bouncy and check up like crazy of the 2nd rail.. Tight pockets, I also had cue problems all resulted in a disaster for me ..I played a lot worse in my other matches than I did in the tv match ....the venue would be ideal in the winter ..also the hotel don't have aircon so 24/7 sweat bucket... Worst standard of pool I ever seen on euro tour and it will probably get worse ... Good news I'll be home tonight :-)

Ortmann vs, Babica on main table now... Some good matches coming up now.

There are still some Pro9 Special Offer passed featuring a 20% discount off the PPV Livestream exclusively for Pro9'ers wanting to watch the close up action on the main table.

Tony Drago just knocked out Oliver Ortmann 8-5 on the TV table.

I can't see any other options other than a Boyes v Melling or Boyes v Drago final - can you? (Make sure you've got a discounted pass for the finals table now, before they're all gone).

Whoops, I read the draw wrong... Chris vs Karl NOW on TV table... Karl leading 2-1.
