"Hi Dave, do you know if there are any 9/10 ball tournaments in Copenhagen next week?"Maybe someone here can help with this, I don't know, but this search for the "Ten Best Pool Halls on Copenhagen" looks like a lot of fun... https://www.yelp.co.uk/search?cflt=poolhalls&find_loc=K%C3%B8benhavnI've sent a message to Bahram Lotfy to see if he can recommend something for us - he's from Copenhagen, so hopefully we'll be lucky. Anyone else? [ This message was edited by: Administrator on 2017-04-04 06:34 ]

Hi Dave. I know you now do tip fitting. But do you also do wrap repairs? My cue wrap is damaged and looking to get it redone. Thanks?
I've sent details of a cue repair guy in the UK.

Hi,
If I buy the DigiCue and have it shipped to Poland, will I need to pay any extra taxes? Hi, Thanks for your enquiry - the answer is NO... There are NO extra taxes, NO import duties, and NO custom fees to pay if you buy from my shop for delivery to Poland - in fact, even the price of the postage is already included - so there are NO nasty hidden extra costs for customers who buy from The Pro Shop - the price you see is the full price you pay! We send our smaller items like this via Air Mail so delivery will take around five working days. Thanks again for shopping with us... I look forward to seeing your order! Buy it here... http://www.pro9.co.uk/html/theproshop/main.php?P=product&pid=PRAC0006

Hello Dave,
I got a question from a friend of mine, and actually I second him on this one. Perhaps you know the answer. Why there are no UK players in men division of recent European Pool Championship? (Women as well, there would have been none if it were not for Kelly Fisher)
I also noticed that in recent years British pool players are not as active in regard with EPC as they used to be. Is there any certain reason for that?
Hi,
I know what you mean.... Our players are very active in the Euro Tour but seem to have very little interest in the EPC... I've asked them about this and they all say the same thing... There is no prize money for the EPC.
Apparently they treat it like a business and see the expense of the EPC but not the reward.
Personally i think if you can say you are European Champion it must make getting sponsorship much easier, but i am sure they have done the calculations!
I hope this answers your question. Maybe someone else will comment on this here...

"Would you know how I could get hold of a G10 Phenolic ferule / tip in one piece, I've seen them on ebay in the united states but couldn't find one advertised in Europe. I was looking to try it on my UK 8 ball pool break cue. Any help much appreciated."Hi, This is my favourite European Distributor for billiard components - if you know a cuesmith he should be able to make several ferrules to any size you need from this product... https://www.elforyn.de/en/billiard-supplies/rods-und-tubes/g10/722/rolled-and-molded-g-10-glass-epoxy-rod ...I hope this helps! All the best, Big Dave. The Editor www.Pro9.co.uk - The European Pool Player Resource.

"Hi Dave, got a question for you, im visiting/back in UK in late June. Do you know any american pool coaches that can work out of Leeds ?? Id love some contact details if you know of any.
I'm looking for some work on my fundamentals specifically, stroke, timing etc....
You put my in touch with Rico last time I was in the UK and I may see him again if i can fit it in but i know I'll have time in Leeds...
So I don't need a world class player (i know Rico is) just a solid coach that understands the game at his level.... if that makes sense ?It's not really my area, but I said I'd "put the feelers out", so... Anyone here know someone available for coaching in / near Leeds then? ----------------- Authorised Pro9 forum advertiser/sponsor

I know a qualified pool coach in Andy Richardson, however I doubt he will be doing coaching anymore as doesn't play the game these days. As a second may I suggest someone like Peter Lines (seniors snooker world champion and back on the main tour at snooker) or Ian Williamson (solid billiards player former snooker pro) both from Leeds and WSA level 2 coaches. They might not have the same knowledge of the shots and position play for top level pool but in terms of stroke and timing and stance etc I'm sure you can do far worse than these guys. -----------------
