Got this email...

"Hi Dave,

I'm a series producer at ITV and I'm after your help.

We're developing an idea for ITV which is a quiz show with member of the public but incorporates pool and Trick shots (Big break esque) and we're looking for a pool player to be the resident expert on the show. Ideally a cool 20's/30's male, with charisma but obviously a great player who'd be able to demonstrate various trick shots and other skills in each episode.
This is at quite an advanced stage in development so there is real potential for this to be an ongoing series.

Could you pass on my details to all the players who may fit the bill (European/Worldwide/Females as well) and if anyone is interested please ask them to email me or come through you if you'd prefer.

My mobile is 07970 ****** or email here. Hope to hear from you or the players.. soon."

Who do you think I should recommend?

Raj and Darren are probably the only players who fully understand the value of self promotion

No offence to the blokes but I'd have Jennifer Barrettta or Jasmine Ouschan.

Craig Osborne, Ossie, Oz or the Shotgun. Any of them are sweet choices in my book. If not him then the current UK no2!!

Yes, unfortunately I heard the same thing from one of the applicants so I don't have any reason to disbelieve the news. this is what happens in the majority of these cases.     I was really hoping that considering the track record of this tried-and-tested series producer that this one had a bit more potentialbut that appears to have not been the case this time.
