How can someone steal this Pro9 article, and then let this "Sophie Louise" claim it as their own work in such a blatant manner... I'd appreciate any help in getting this exclusive Pro9 article by Ben Moore removed from their site!

I've requested it be removed, along with the other articles by this "author" which are also suspect.

Fair do's, Ben should be flattered that his work is considered good enough to be pinched, but changing the name of the author is beyond the pale!

omg its really quite shocking that she's changed it to her name all of the way through too!! Cheeky cow! lol

But then maybe the website name is a clue as to why this has been done..... articlesnatch.com???

Flattered?....no

Flattened....more like it, although MissCue's 'cheeky cow' comment has cheered me up.

What can we do?

This is the first I've seen of the article Ben, great article. Sorry to see it from somebody who isn't creative to make their own work so they steal others.

sounds like that 'sophie louise' hasn't an original thought in her head. plagarism is becoming more rampant each day & I blame it on the internet. It is too easy to cut and paste an article & to claim ownership of the same. this person may actually be a guy who has also "snatched" a female's name...lol.

I'm pleased, heartened, and to be honest, somewhat surprised to see that Ben's original article has been removed at articlesnatch.com following my contact with them.

Not sure that I have the time to contact all the other sites that seem to be doing this though = but at least there seems to be some accountability there.

Hoorah!!!!

If any other thieves wish to palm other creative works of mine off as their own, my remaining portfolio consists of the 1988 Pentel Juniors third place entry, 'the clown'; a salt-dough figure of Peter Beardsley and the much acclaimed cook book, 'Why is the deep-fat fryer out?...1001 meals only relevant between 2am and 5am'.
