I reckon that as soon as the world cup gets under way you should automatically change the .gif image for all scottish based players to the George Cross. After all we all know they'll be supporting us don't we.
Go on Dave - you know you want to.
Huh? Us supporting the auld enemy? You've more chance getting sh1t from a rocking horse.....
As if we need your support anyway. If your national team is anything to go by then clearly none of you know anything about football. I think England might just manage OK without the support of a bunch of jealous scotsmen. And if this Jason Scotland of Trinidad and Tobago is becoming an honurary scot for the world cup, great! Even more joy when we thrash them! [ This message was edited by: Riggers on 2006-06-09 11:14 ]

Yeah sorry Dave I should have thought of it earlier. I think you can still sign up now though, but you would just miss out on the first set of group games.

Can I just buy a team and leave it to see how it does or do I have to buy players all the time etc? (i.e. Is it going to need my constant attention? )

I'm sure you do, you love the English really don't you? Yes I have 2 english players mate! 1. The best midfielder in europe. (Steven Gerrard) 2. Lumplard bum basher friend, John Terry. Of course, I wouldnt have picked them if Scotland had qualified! To be honest, I do hope that England GET S.H.A.T ON !

Slow and steady wins the race......I hope! Destroyer - Terry is so good, I imagine everyone in the league has got him! I noticed you went for the no-nonsense, hard-nut players. (who you wished were Scottish )
