They had to qualify from the semi final on thursday night and i can assure you the performance then was really good. 10 countries out of i think 28 could qualify for the final with the 10 best finishers last year and the big four (ie countries that contribute most funding) uk france germany and spain. To get through in top ten out of 28 then people must have liked the performance to vote for them so in my book that makes them have public appeal which at this stage the public have not voted on the straight to final teams so they could bomb out!!! i know mate lol i do well on novelty bets, one of my best so far was a 50/1 bet on erikson to become england manager. (i'm selective i dont just bet anything i've only ever had 1 manager bet) Maybe someone will be offering odds at the bpppa event??????? On pool i've had a few naughty ones too with some help from The Rocket, backed luat a couple of years ago about 7-2 down to davis at nice odds and my boy won lol, and i got a nice little nine-fold and 9 eight-folds at the last ipt event. lol how sad am i though to now know what i'm doing saturday night???????? Moldova is the last song to be played which is another reason i think it might do well as it will be on peoples minds just before they vote!!!!!! It all depends now on the tactical voting how certain countries always give others maximum points even for a pants song!!!!! Argh i sound like a eurovision addict!!!!!!
