Here's wishing Andy Murray all the luck in the world, he's sure going to need it.
Do you think he can win it?

A very tall order. Expect Federer to win 3-1. But Murray has the best chance he'll probably get today, so fingers crossed.

I guess these last two comments are because of the "ABE" story... "When Dunblane-born Andy Murray, now Britain's tennis number one, said that he would be supporting anyone other than England in the 2006 World Cup, he faced a furious backlash from English Wimbledon fans who wondered why they, in turn, should be expected to support him.
Scottish Murray insisted his remarks had been taken out of context, and had only been part of friendly banter with Tim Henman, his English predecessor at the summit of UK tennis.
But the PR damage was clearly done, and Murray is now reported to be backing the English squad in this year's tournament."

So what your saying is unique, that as soon as someone says something you don't like, or makes a remark you instantly dislike them and there's no forgiveness. Well if that was the case I would have no friends or family as I am sure they have said stuff to me and vice versa. A very narrow minded comment in my opinion. Or are you simply following a herd of people with the same view cos that's a very easy view point to take. I am British as well as English and proud to support a guy who is British.

I believe a lot of Murrays problem stem from his mental attitude and until he beats either Nadal, Federer or Djokovic in a grand slam final he'll always be no.4 in the World. He is good enough to win a Grand Slam, but doesn't seem to raise his game enough. Federer is playing some awesome stuff and looks better than his previous matches. Thing is Murray has beaten the top 3 in Masters series events many times, so why can't he do it in Grand Slams??

I have no problem with what you said. I think it was a comment he made in jest naively thinking no one would ever hear about it.
