Dave, are you thinking of using it in a 'pool' capacity?

I find its just a 'business-friendly' version of facebook whereby you spy on co-workers/friends but it does allows others to spy on you and create a good network of contacts.

I use it Dave, it helps with the employment stuff and thiers a feature on the site called 'Recommandations' where like a reference any can for instance put down some positive words about pro9.co.uk
