I was trawling through You Tube when I came across the following video. For all you snooker 30+ fans (which I am sure most pool players are) this will surely bring back many memories and even bring a tear to your eyes as it did me. Snooker is more serious a sport now whereas back in these days it was fun as well as sport. ENJOY!

PS you can also find others similar so I have just posted this one.

Snooker Loopy was actually the first single I ever bought, and at the same time my bro bought Spitting Image The Chicken Song.

Hate to disagree with you Daz, but he never broke into the Top 16 with his highest Finish being 17th. And he reached the Quarter Finals of the World in 1980 and 1992, but never a Semi. Good player though and was on the snooker circuit from 1980 through to 1997. Sorry, but I am a stat geek and have many records from the "Good Old Days" of snooker.

dont doubt it christ147 thought he was in top 16 and reached semis!! knew i wasnt far of the mark! maybe he was provisionally ranked in top 16 as i just remember him been in top 16,but never quite managed to finish the year in top 16!

but yeah was good player!

not sure if he ever won a major or got to final??
