QUOTE !!! cant really see how u can put the word fun in the same sentence as pooliscool some people take life far too serious remember we're only here for a short time in the grand scheme of things so why not let some things go over your head and enjoy
im chilled as they come mate
but this guy was spoiling a brilliant website with constant childish remarks
theres nothing better than having laugh but pooliscool just got a kick by winding people up, theres no funnyness in that is there I agree he wrote some childish things but most of it was good humour why get so agged with it after all if you don't like it you have a choice reply or ignore its only words on a screen, and like you say he wound people up which seems to me he achieved his aim. If everyone agreed with each other on here then it would become boring and no-one would post and that would be a tragedy

I appreciate what you're saying Jaymo, and I agree wholeheartedly - unfortunately, along with the interesting, fun, and informative posts, he also posted very insulting, personal attacks on Pro9'ers on multiple occasions that I have had to remove. I sent him ten lengthy, polite and reasonable private messages asking him to be more considerate - and he refused. I simply don't have time to monitor his every post, and despite receiving many, many complaints about him I gave him chance after chance after chance. I'm not being unreasonable when I ask people to be polite, or respect each other. He could still be witty, fun, and express opinions contrary to the general consensus for invigorating debate, but not be insulting - but apparently that was asking too much.
I swear, banning people is a last resort and bans here are REALLY rare, but in this case there was simply no alternative.
