Unreal scenes on the news in last few days.. See this unfold at the GB9 ball tour on the news.. Heard that the rioting had spread to Birmingham with people looting looks like it's a awesome advertisement for the 2012 games.. Well done England something to be proud of not!!

A lot of small businesses are going to be left out of business after this sickening terrorism - War, Riots and Civil Commotion are insurance exclusions so they won't get paid out. The technicality is that some insurance companies class damage caused by 13 or less as Malicious Damage and 14 or more is class as civil commotion or rioting!
Businesses can't do nothing about this no matter how secure they are - look at Debenhams last night!
Absolutely sickening. I watched the news for half the night I was gripped with fear its scary to see it happening. Get the army out there scare these stupid chavs and nobheads if they mess about shoot them!

Well said Baz, it won't happen though, did you see the Home Secretary's interview this morning? "We have to police by consent, no water cannons and parents should get there little halfwits off the streets" Oh and she avoided any question to do with the army. Haven't watched it this morning mate but I know the violence has spread... "Police by consent". What the the devils playground? The are not enough police officers as it is. If the government really cared for this country they would use water cannons, rubber bullets, or whatever else is needed to stop them. But no, they'll just stand there and let it all happen. Does anyone not find it ironic that in September last year, Theresa May said that police spending could be cut because something like this couldn't happen?? I hope nobody here is affected in anyway by the chav riots, and I hope everyone can stay safe wherever they are. Bristol just been attacked now...its gonna spread like wildfire, think I might just avoid leicester tonight!!! [ This message was edited by: BigDave on 2011-08-09 18:30 ]

I've seen a couple of things on facebook suggesting Leicester will be a no go zone Friday Baz. I just hope that's wrong and it all pitters out by then.

this is all the first reaction to the cuts, local funding gets cut for both clubs, drug help etc, all the re-tards then take to the streets for ''some fink to do'' and all h$ll breaks loose, what did the tories expect, everyone to just except taking all the hit for the cuts whilst the ones who caused it get off scott free. Pity the majority don't get involved and bring these suits down in a proper revolution. Any nice pool cue shops in the london area, if any one is around, I'll have some stuff cheap please [ This message was edited by: tigger147 on 2011-08-09 13:36 ]

IMO that's a disgusting response Tony. This is nothing to do with the cuts or the tories or the police. It's mindless idiots breaking the law and hard working people (not the government) are the ones being targetted here.
As for picking up something cheap at the expense of someone who just lost their home, their business or both, well I guess you are joking but it's a pretty lame or sick joke.
I really feel for these people who are affected by this and it's about time our country got tougher with the people involved. I think if anyone has the will to get tougher with them as a result of this David Cameron probably will so I hope he does.

you have your opinion riggers, i have mine, the cue thing was a joke, but the facts are the same as the riots in the 80's, economic butchery is going on in some of these cities, money is being cut from everywhere. I know its hardworking people being targeted, but they would hardly be able to get anywhere near parliament etc to vent their anger. It is not the right way to do it bit how else do people protest, it never worked in the 80's and i'm sure it won't now.

Nowt to do with cuts, jobs etc. Just a poor excuse for yobs to steal from people. You sound like Derek Hatton. Typical looney lefty response... blame the tories. I'd rather blame the rioters and their parents and associates that do nothing to stop them and anyone else who tries to condone them. Lock them up and throw the key away. It's completely shameful and we don't need these people in our country. [ This message was edited by: Riggers on 2011-08-09 20:31 ]

Behave riggers, if i sound like derek hatton, you sound like boris johnson or michael port., right wing trash, the looting is out of order, but the reason behind it is to do with cuts, jobs, etc, this is how it always manifests, around the world.
