Hi all, some of you may not know, but i half own a race horse. Just letting you all know that its running today at Catterick in the 4:50 race....the race will be shown on Racing UK tv channel. Horse Name: Colamandis. Owners: DR Peach & JD Riches (stable owner) Trainer: HA MacWilliams Jockey: P Mathers There are a couple of good horses in the race, but we are quietly confident if the going is soft enough for her. She should be around 33/1. Good luck if you have a bet! -----------------

I would have a bet but with a jockey called Mathers it does make me a little nervous about how fast it will be

Good luck everyone, I hope you're all using a free bet from one of our gaming affiliates (just click on one of the betting logos down the left hand side of the front page when you open a new account). Whenever you do this, you benefit your favourite pool website as we get a small commission for new sign-ups, and that helps us keep doing what we do for pool, and let's face it, it's better that we get it than it going to waste. I was trying to find a photo of the horse to add but no such luck. (Daryl, if you let me know what the title of this thread was supposed to be, I'll fix it). These are the free bets I'm talking about! ----------------- Authorised Pro9 forum advertiser/sponsor [ This message was edited by: BigDave on 2010-07-14 13:54 ]

Dissapointing run....finished 5th but never featured in the race. Trainer has gone mental with the Jockey cos he was supposed to let her go from the off, but he held her up. Sorry guys if you had a bet.
Still, theres always next time! lolol.

I have to admit I DIDN'T bet on this - the horse's record wasn't brilliant and the tip sounded like it was coming from an optimistic owner, and besides I've only got money in my Bwin account (and they don't do horse racing). Anyway, I prefer to use that money to bet on the horse's owner in pool matches - a much safer tip for you all there!
