Woohoo day off!  Had a horrendous journey last night coming back from Bristol on the M25. There is 9 inches outside my house (NE Surrey), please give Pro9 your Snow Report  ----------------- Chris @ Pro9

There's even snow in Portsmouth.... We NEVER get snow here because we're a little island really and the water that surrounds us keeps us warm in the winter and cool in the summer. It has settled and everything, so it should make a nice undercoat for the "MORE SNOW" that is coming tonight apparently!! WOOHOOOO... I love Portsmouth snow! (Not London snow which starts off white and then rapids turns black!) Email me your camera-phone photos of your snowmen etc.. well we've got about 6 inches of snow in leicester - and believe it or not ive just had two phone calls from locals asking if ill open the pub at lunch!! cus they've been sent home from work. Snow ball wars in the pub car park me thinks!!

9 inches in Sunbury this morning.
My normal 17mins journey took me just over the hour to get to work this morning.
And travelling on the M4 last night was a little scary for us,met two cars facing the other way at junction 5.
Enjoy the rest of the day off mate.

its still snowing in brighton and its annoying me greatly as my car is at the bottom of the road. After driving the missus to work, i couldn't get back up the hill, so not only did i have to leave the car where some idiot will no doubt hit it, i also had to walk 1/2 mile in thick snow to get home.... I HATE SNOW!!!
