How will Melling cope without his collection of sparkly t-shirts?

Chris Melling has been reunited with his cues at last... He managed to win 4 matches with 4 different cues so far!

daryl dodged a few bullets this event both local players had good chances to beat him before last 32..but they both dogged it..but one match at 7-6 down daryl playd 2 great jump shots to get 7-7. and since then he played really well so name could be on trohpy..

melling done well to get last 16 he used 4 different cues in the event and when his luggae and cue did turn up he had just lost to daryl..

my match with mark was 8-6 sickner for me was playing pretty well mark had couple of good rolls early in match was annoyed to be 4-4 as i felt i deserved to be in front just one rack where i played the wrong shot.. but then did go 6-4 and then unlucky to snooker myself on the 7ball to go 7-4 ..that was the turning point in the match cruel game sometimes. but mark cueing well and could go all the way

drago missed a 5ball at 7-7 with nick venden berg

karl obviously playing well and will be happy been in bottom half of the draw but anything can happen with these big pockets..

whoever gets the luck at right times and plays well will win just annoying when pockets too easy..

8-7 Nick, Mark played a push leaving Nick a long testing one, he nailed it and ran out.

Good run Mark, come on Karl we need another British win!
