Now for a productive answer...
Spain is a fantastic Euro Tour, incredibly popular though so you will have to announce yourself early for a spot.
Last year, it was set in Hotel Benalmadena in Malaga, around a 15-20 min drive from the airport if I remember rightly.
You can normally arrange accommodation via Gre Leenders through email. For every Euro Tour event, an invitation is released which details the hotel costs and addresses, plus Gre's contact details which allows you to book up your accommodation via Gre.
You must announce for each Euro Tour usually around a month before the event commences, this can be done via the Euro Tour website.
Once you have received an email which states that your place has been accepted, you normally have a deadline in which to send your entry fee payment. Unfortunately, payment can only be completed by bank transfer and most of the UK banks charge a fee to send European transfers (which is quite a pain).
And yes, generally £500 is there or there abouts how much a Euro Tour costs all together.

The other thing you can do if you come to the Spanish Eurotour is stay an extra three days to take part in the 8 ball tournament that follows on from the Eurotour. Daz Appleton won this one last year with Boyzi a close second.
