Final details have now been decided with the manager at the venue. Sunday 3rd August Stanford-le-Hope Rileys CLUB OPENS AT 9.00AM SO ALL PLAYERS PLEASE BE THERE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE, PLAY WILL START AS SOON AS 2 PLAYERS FROM THE SAME GROUP TURN UP9-Ball £25 entry (pre-pay only) Limited to 40 entries. Group stages followed by single KO Group stages minimum race to 6 Last 8 get paid All entry paid out in prizes. Draw will be done on Thursday 31st July so all entry fee will have to be in by then. Please can you leave your name here if you wish to play in this event (please can you put your name down as i dont know who is who by screen names  ). Payment details as follows. 1. Cash I will be attending all GB9ball events and am at the club most Thursday nights (around 19.00). Please can you let me know if you intend to pay me by cash. 2. Personal Cheque Please PM me for details 3. Paypal Please try to avoid this method if you intend to pay before 7th July (paypal are changing there rules regarding charges for this). If you have to pay before 7th July please send £26.09 to freddie_stevens@hotmail.com This coves the charges incurred. right guys, pre-pay is now open as this tournament is definataly going ahead. Please can you see the first post to see how to pay.
I will advise people to try and avoid using paypal until after the 7th July (i think) otherwise you will have to pay more to cover the paypal charges.
If your going to pay me in person, either at the club or at a GB 9 event, please can you let me know.

No, unfortunatly, with thi being quite a quiet club, we will have to deal with the tables in the conditions that they are currenty in.
On the up side. A few of the tables were re-clothed a little while back and all tables will be thoroughly cleaned before the event.
