y not adopt the new euro-tour break spot n rules.
Then we will have no issues coz its standard across the board.
Then the boys will be pulled from the men.
Just a thought.

Why not make the pockets like the snooker tables at Pontins Prestatyn, anyone who has played there know how tight they are. I would be happy with that. However I dont think there is any point in complaining about the size of the pockets because big pockets are part of 9 ball. Thats the game and it is the same for everyone.

yeah they can be too tight american pool not designed to be tight bags ,but we just would like fair pockets,if made them like snooker it would get silly because in pool you got to move cueball up and down table alot, majority of time in snooker you are in the balls and dont use the cushions as much.

The official sizes for pocket openings for official tounaments are published by the WPA, (someone has to do it)
That is how it is and I don't see the need to change them.

Anyway they are still not big enough for me!!!!!

The pocket openings for pool tables are measured between opposing cushion noses where the direction changes into the pocket (from pointed lip to pointed lip). This is called mouth.

Corner Pocket Mouth: between 4.5 and 4.625 inches
Side Pocket Mouth: between 5 and 5.125 inches
*The mouth of the side pocket is traditionally ½ inch wider than
the mouth of the corner pocket.

in regards to work I could fund myself with a little help from signing on the doll..
