Hi All

I know that the draw for the GB 9 ball tour will be taking place today (not sure what time) and thought i'd start a thread for when it does get put up.

Anyone got any preferences about who they'd like to play?

I wouldn't mind playing Tony Drago myself, he is just a funny guy (obviously i'd like to also progress as far as i can)

When the draw is up we'll have a discussion about it.

Just spoke to Riggers who wanted to relay the following;

Draw has been done and obviously not fixed as Lee has drawn the Tornado in the Pro Event.

He can't post the draw this evening as some match timings have to be confirmed for the benefit of those players who have the furthest to travel on the Friday.

Draw will be posted on the website tomorrow (hopefully lunchtime or afternoon).

Thanks for posting that Jonathan. Yeh. draw all done but more work to do to adjust match timing to try and help (e.g.) the scottish and irish lads for the friday night start times.

Thanks to the people who performed and witnessed the draw in Barnsley today - no thanks to the muppet who drew me against Tony :(

At least if I do manage to win that one I have an easy game next cos I've heard the world champ has been struggling with his game recently D:

Nice draw for riggers :) The rest of you can learn your fate tomorrow when me and shir have worked out the match times, assuming I sober up after my tournament win today :D

Hang on a moment. So Riggers won the Barnsley event and Jonathan won the Birmingham event. Both the organisers!!!! I think we need a thorough investigation into match fixing here!!!!

Well played to both winners though. Can't be easy to organise and play in the same tournament.

We've managed to accomodate 3 reserves this time around, including the Tornado, which is great news. However, unfortunately we've also had a few withdrawals after the draw was posted yesterday. Of course this means those spots cannot now be offered to reserves and some players will receive a walkover. I know there are sometimes unavoidable circumstances and we sympathise with players who can't make it to events. We'd just like to remind everyone to try their very best to let us know at least 1 week prior to the event if they are unable to attend so we can offer someone on the reserve list a chance to take part.

This is no reflection on those that have pulled out this time as those are for very genuine reasons, it's just a reminder to everyone that we do have a chance of accommodating reserves if you are able to let us know early enough.
