On Sunday 16th March 2008  A group of Filipino Players gathered at Rileys Southfields for the 1st Pinoy Tirador to see who would be the number one Filipino player in the London area. Twenty players battled it out in group stages through to the last 16. The atmosphere was electric and friendly as the battle commenced to the knockout stages with their wives and girlfriends all cheering them on. It was one of the best tournaments I have had the pleasure of running said Chris Billings the tournament director and we are hoping to make this a quarterly event.
