This month and last we've seen a good number of people who were on the reserve list get offered a spot on the tour due to people pulling out due to personal circumstances or failing to pay their fees on time.

We still have a full field of 128 and a healthy reserve list but I just want to advise anyone who still wants to join the tour this year to make sure they get their name on the reserve list because you just never know how quickly you'll work your way up to the top.

Some lucky person being offered a spot today, for example, was number 20+ when they joined the reserve list some months back and has now worked their way right to the top.

See this page for details of how to join the reserve list.

from the website:

To add yourself to the reserve list for 2008 and/or our email distribution list for important announcements contact us by email leaving your full name and contact telephone number.

If you are on the reserve list and we are not able to offer you a place on the tour we may still be able to offer you a place at selected individual events if a tour player is unable to attend.

Surely if Drago was to get a place he'd have to automatically be placed on the Pro Division. Although that would mean a player being put down to the Challenge. It would be fun to play Drago. Quick game thats for sure.

Very late and tired so apologies for the abrupt answers....

Straight-Eight: as Shir says, please read the website page I linked to.

Mark - You're number 8.

Nigel - Tony is number 11.

Eric - You are on the list but be aware if you get offered a place and decline you'll be taken off it again or put to the end.

Criag - If Tony made his way to the top of the list at this late stage he would have to join Challenge unless a pro pulled out just the same as he would if he joins via the qualifiers for next season.
