well said pal and well played..

and thanks for kind words it was tough job at times especially taking imran out of team for final but after long meeting we all felt it was the right thing to do for that final with philippines the only mistake we made was not playing karl against china i feel.. but he come great in shootout as rest of lads did..and imran fair play to him took it well and really got behind us and lived and died on every shot in final well done pal!

to me there was 5 mvp's because on and off the table from last 16 the support was awesome.. where as in double elim rounds even though we lost to sweden we had soft draw to knockout stage but we had great fun with israel 2 and well done to them for taking part and enjoying the game with us!

but great thing i liked the most when someone lost or had a bad game the next guy would back him up and win.. so everyone got important points at crucial times

like we said afterwards we felt 8ball would be key and it was we won 10-14 matches in 8ball thats a high return with alternate break and short races ...

9ball we won 10/14 again thats massive when guaranteed a ball of the break alternate break

10ball we won 7/10 again really big result as most of the best players from other teams leave there big guns for 10ball.

we played 38 matches combined with 8ball,9ball,10ball.
and won 27 lost 11 thats really impressive

oh and we won a shootout whooooooo 27-25 from 39 shots per team amazing!

individual records also high
Darren Appleton played 13 won 10
Mark Gray played 13 won 10
karl boyes played 10 won 7
Daryl Peach played 10 won 6
Imran Majid played 6 won 4

well to everyone involved and thanks again for support

Dynamite.. 2X World champion :-)

Woo Woo Woo Woo Woo Woo Woo Woo Woo Woo!!!!

Well where do i start.....! That has to be the most amazing 10 days away ive ever had,and to finish up being a world champion is a dream come true!

First i want to say a massive thanks to all the great support received from Pro9 er's,absolutely amazing....

Secondly,my team were truely awesome, had great fighting spirit, great belief, never gave in and most importantly we all believed in one another which eventually made our target become a reality..........

Thirdly, the shoot out!!!! wot an amazing nite that was,i have never played under that sort of pressure before and maybe never will again... but ultimately this was the nite when i think we all became proper mates and believed we could go all the way.....

Finally, want to say a big thanks to 'Skip' he did a great job and want to thank him for the belief he showed in me as i never expected to play so many matches.....
He also had to make some real tough decisions which in the end proved to be right,so fair play pal!
Thanks to Daryl for being a great roomie and team player, big up to Karl as it must of been tough for him sitting out but boy when we needed him did he show his class.also Imran was never at his best but he always seems to grind out a result when it matters and he must of been gutted to miss the final but encouraged us all the way to realise our dream.........

P.s Hope uve enjoyed ur day off Daz while ive had to do a days work!!!!!! Lol!!!!!

Right must get case packed again as its Paris tomorow...............

Mark - WC 2010! Woo Woo!!!!

Oh cool... Look what I just found!

Here's the video of the final shots of the epic 27:25 "Shoot Out" between Team Great Britain and Team China...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xa7luvST-S0

You just can't beat the player's reactions around 1min45secs in... Pool's not seen anything like it before!
