accoprding to nbc on az:
Gomez breaks... has no pocket for the 1. Plays safety and gets a lucky kick of the cue ball on the 6 ball... leaves Boyes only a 1 rail kick shot on the 1.
Boyes hits the 1, the 1 ball hits the 4 and pockets the 4 ball in the corner pocket. The cue ball is spinning towards the pocket and drops in. He scratches.
Gomez now has ball in hand.
