It's so refreshing to see people saying what they think and not being frightened to boast about their own abilities. It's not being big headed - it's being driven, determined and having total belief. Total respect for them and something many of us can learn from!

can you give reason to those choices pal? maybe a little paragraph for each catergory explaining your selections,at first glance it appears ok though id say tony drago should get a mention on the current form front maybe not particuly 9ball as we speak but as an american pool player already achieved plus his future prospects too!

yeah slight goalpost change when i mention tony drago! ok he is of course maltese But he is very much apart of the english pool scene tommy is irish but he is mentioned somewhere on this thread! i think tony in my goalpost change is ok to get bought into this little topic just for the fact is a live in london for what appears to be centuries now and is valid player/member of the whole uk structure!
on a tounament alone basis i think imran is the best uk player for consistency in overseas events with top class players and like you say eurotour wins, rankings, invites etc over the past two years in my view makes me think that other people looking in think the same too!
i would go along with from what i have seen(not alot to be fair granted) riggers is probably the most improved player though i may have to give in to better judgement we,ll have to see on that one!
Daz is the best money player and personally i would back him in a big money match against the best the uk as to offer i alsi think that with is determination desire he will go to achieve as much if not more than is uk rivals! however i think its only fair to say u dunt become the best or a world beater overnight he himself will say he is still learning probably got another 50% in reserve and knowing darren he,ll find it,when he does then we could have ourselves a big contender for WORLD honours!

Couple of things here Machine......at the start i think it was mentioned who is the best UK player but i could be wrong??? Also if Tony was counted in on this as he is Maltees but UK resident then absolutely he would be right up there with out a doubt. This man can wipe out ANY player in the world when he is on and i mean WIPE OUT!!!! also you mention about Daz been contender for the World Honours........you werent saying that at the Bar in Cambridge the other week....you said that No UK player could ever win the Worlds at 9ball........or was it the amber nectar that was shuffling a bit? -----------------
