Jonni Fulcher´s loss in the earlier stages cost him dear, he will drop 14 places after the ranking is updated. Daryl should settle in 2nd place and Imran at the worst will end up 5th. Alcaide will move up a couple of places assuming he loses to Mark, and at the moment that seems likely. Mark should be between 11th and 16th, a rise of at least 57 places !!!!!!!!!! Whatever happens, he is headed for the top of the rankings soon.

Wow what a game!
David missed an easy 7 which left Mark on, he managed to clear up, but the darn video on bwin cut out so we couldn't see the final moments!

Hill-Hill and David misses an easy 7 - absolutely incredible!?!?!! A great match to watch! Mark has played really well today, better than the other Brits I've watched, but he has rode his luck in the semi-final to make it into the final... He had a chance to seal the match when he was 9-8 up but fluffed a safety, he's only in the final because David choked or lost concentration, but hey... A final is a final... Good luck mark. Make it count! [ This message was edited by: BigDave on 2007-10-27 18:25 ]

AWESOME... I always knew the Brits would rule pool just like they rule snooker. I don't know why it took so long, but well done Mark, well done all of you! ----------------- Authorised Pro9 forum advertiser/sponsor

This is going to be a big turning point, with 2 Brits winning back to back.
It should hopefully encourage a lot of the other guys from the UK to visit Euro Tour tournaments and try their hand.
What with the new GB9BT aswell, the future of American Pool in the UK is starting to look very good indeed.
