I see absolutly no issues with the format, rules, and the type of competion that we are putting together.

I have had indepth talks with the top players in this regard and it really is all self explanitory stuff....

I'm sure you've got it all worked out and I'm not questioning your format or type of competition but since you made an announcement saying you were playing it as a call shot game, I was just interested to learn how you see this working. I'm all in favour of introducing call shot by the way, I just don't believe it's as clear cut and 'self explanatory' a rule change as you make out.

yep I noticed that as well...

Big Dave, the site used to show when an indivdual post was last edited... any idea why this was removed? (would be nice if it went straight to the most recently edited post when you click on the forum link as well!?)

I've played 9 ball "call shot" ... you only have to call the 9! If you pot it and you don't call it, then it comes back to the spot. Stops all the worst flukes at least...

But in the end, 9 ball is one of the luckiest games around ...

The impressive poster does say a minimum of 32 players, will it still go ahead if the minimum is not reached. This is important for those that have to make flight bookings.

Thanx lads for your thoughts re the poster...

I think that the poster pretty much speaks for itself, in regards to what we are "GOING" to achieve.

If on the other hand we only get 20/22/29 players for this event then obviously players dont want to take the next step with us to a knew "players tour" and that will also speak for itself.

Every single player that has entered so far knows exactly what the script is and where we are going with this, and every potential player knows the same thing....

These people are seeing the light and making the choice to move over and into the..

Darkside.............................

ITS PRETTY SIMPLE
