Yes well done boys. Nice to see a real team spirit from the Great Britain team. And from the GB9 players you might be forgiven for thinking best hopes lie with Imran and Darren but just look at the results turned in by Ozzie and Jayson. Ozzie trouncing the Tornado and Jayson making light work of Hudji See and Dimitri Jungo. Did someone tell him he's not meant to be beating those guys by such big margins lol!

Just awesome so far guys. Good luck tomorrow.

Phil loves doing that, he always pulls himself back when he looks to be down and out. Brilliant phil, absolutely brilliant.

And i have also just noticed that Daniel Luton has just knocked out fellow brit and 2006 & 2007 European wheelchair champion Roy Kimberly 7 racks to 6. Congratulations needs to go to all the wheelchair players as the brits seem to be dominating the field

Greatesult for Phil, had a text book toilet break at 6.3 down and after that showed his true colours.

relaxed and did a proper GB9 job on the other kid. The Swede got nervous after snookering himself on the hill and then couldnt pot a ball. Phil did superb to hold his nerve.... one rack at a time - great result.

could do some serious damage now....

gowaan

Someone should tell all the so called big guns that Jayson has NO respect for anyone but himself! And with his ability, quite right!. He will kick serious fool on anybody in that tourney (and any other he can be bothered turning up for =) )
Actually i meant EVERYBODY in the tourney! Get in there wee man!

Ossie just leaving some feedback for you all.....

Imran had a knightmare match, was due one. hasnt had one like that for a year! - also the other guy played very well, and got a lot of luck when he missed - just one of those matches that you have to forget.

Me - played very solid to 7 racks then we had a couple safety battles but it was a decent draw for me. happy to be in the last 32, now want to just go 1 ball at a time....praying for an ok draw???

Jason - played almost perfect! dished all his racks apart from the last one where he came up dry! - typical, to top it off the other guy went for a rediculous 2-9 combo, missed it by a mile but caremd the 5 ball in with cue ball and sished from there..... sickening....

Daz - Very solid from 5-2 behind, knuckled down (as he does so well) and got home 9-5, sounded very happy to be through

On to this evening - lots of support for Jason and jim at 9pm -

still batting.....................

Bad neck pal? Personally I think you just fake all these injuries to get sympathy ;)

Well done boys and especially hard luck to Jayson. Sounds like he's playing really well and not getting the rolls.

Fingers crossed for Jim & Jayson tonight.
