Like the plan pal, sounds spot on.
Handicap is a tough one mate. Everyone knows I used to play a bit, no point trying to hide that. I haven't had an 'official' handicap for 14 years, when I stopped playing it was 3.8. Giving the game up for the best part of 10 years ended all hope of being able to play anywhere near that level again! I recently went to Thailand for 2 weeks, basically played golf every other day in between hangovers and was carding steady low to high 80s on tough courses at altitude.
So, I'd settle for 13 on an overcast day.....

It would probably be based in the north sometime in the next 12 weeks...
not sure how many of you play but am sure there are a few..
have done these sorts of events before and they are always a cracking day regardless of who ends up winning.
also there is a possibility of tieing this in with some pool action afterwards if thats what people want...
post to show your interest and i can take it from there...

Shameless bandits make up the majority of the golfing population in this county so riggers, widlo and i think peach are the one's i'll have my eye on....
Even the practice swings will get you all rumbled....
I am confirming the date and costs tomorrow so watch this space...........

LOL I gave up that stupid game about 5 years ago and have not gone near a club since. I played off 7 for the record but struggled when I started tweaking putts from 2 feet so I took up pool where I can tweak easy balls from 2 feet but at least there's a nice wram club and a beer within reach to make me feel better. I'll not be playing unfortunately guys but have fun.

Any news on the format and fees yet Adam? Think you said something about going up to Ramside Monday.

Was the club pro Kevin Jackson?, i used to know him quite well but that was a few years ago. I might pop up Ramside one day this or next week and hit some balls, its a great practice facility.
