Doh! If you're wondering why we're watching darts, here's what was displayed as the feed from the pool in China cut out... ...It was displayed for a couple of minutes, then presumably they decided it was going to be a long break, so they put the darts on! QUARTER FINAL Chinese Taipei 9 - 5 USA Spain 8 - 9 China A too bad a definitive break obligated Spain to play a very thin ball.. an exchange of snookers... till Spain missed and China A won the final point Proud of Spain ....they played well next time may be....

Spoiler alert (although the result is up on the homepage for all to see).
If anybody hasn't seen the Chinese Taipei performance against USA then it's well worth a watch. 5-1 down in a winner breaks format, race to 9, they get an opportunity in rack 7 and allow the Yanks only two further visits to the table (one a push-out and the other a full ball, 2 rail kick, snooker). Probably the most complete performance I've seen since Jayson Shaw bt Mika Immonen 9-1 in under 35 minutes a couple of years ago.
