I suppose you are interested in the UK boys:

Qualified for last 32 from Winners Side: Boyes, Fulcher, Peach

From the West Side: Appleton, Majid, Jones

D. Overton playing for last 32 now, he just beat Ortmann, I scored a nice win on Bwin with more than 6 times my money on this win :-D Thank you Mr. Overton.

So; 6 or 7 UK players in last 32

And all 7 players are in the Top Half of the Draw!!

If all Brits win the Last 16 Top Half would be:

D Overton v K Boyes
van den Berg/Chinahov v Jones/Fulcher
Peach v Vassalos/Lofty (the one from Eastenders?/?)
Appleton v Majid

Then the QF could be:

Overton/Boyes v Jones/Fulcher
Peach v Appleton/Majid

The Brits are coming and taking over the World!!

Ah well, still a great tournament for the Brits to get 7 into last 32. Especially when theres only 21 at start. Come on Boyes, keep our flag flying.

If boyes doesn't go on to win I would love to see Fabio win it, especially after the head bang incident.

:-) :-), Engert may not have successfully defended his World Pool Masters crown last week, but he sure showed all of Europe that he is still capable of dominating a class field. Well done to all the UK players who did got to he final 32 and beyond stages and big congrats to Thomas Engert.

Thomas Engert is the winner of the 93rd edition of the Eurotour. It is his 9th Eurotour win since he won the second edition in 1992. In the final he booked a very convincing victory against Fabio Petroni from Italy, trouncing the Roman Gladiator with nine games to one. The only one to sink the winning nine-ball against Engert in this tournament was Jasmine Ouschan, who bested Stepanov as well!!(Mosconi Cup in 2011?)

What's happenin' Pal!

LOL... erm... despite what it may look like... I actually just got plain and simple beat up in that match... LOL couple dry breaks, an in off, couple of 2-9, 3-9 combos for nick and some easy lay outs and it was all over... up to 8-0 I tried my bollox off, but nothing worked. was a strange match... but hey, that's 9-ball. happens sometimes. I think that's the first time I ever got whitewashed in any tournament in my life! quite a novel experience! I'll be back in Austria and things will hopefully be different! :-) I'm backing the Brits to do better in the latter stages there. Congrats to Boyzone for a quality performance! Let's make it an all British semi final in Austria boys!

Top performance from Damian aswell, he played some very good stuff against Ortmann and Hybler and fully deserved his 17th place.

well done ladies

esp engert
and are own karl boyes was playing great i thought he was going to win it , but he dogged it again!!

lol

must say saturday night was pretty entertaining

our own mr worthington was the pack leader throwing all the challenges out after a few sherberts which then snowballed all the brits trying to match up with eachother

myself against peach straight pool a match i cant apparantly win, hehe, myself against andy worthy 9ball 2k a man handicap 7ball for andy race to 25 another match i cant win hehe, then all other sorts of matches

myself peach 10ball,me/ imran v gray and peach doubles, gray /jones v me and mick, or raj and imran

karl boyes v imran 15 ahead lol

gray v marcus snooker chamat getting 60 start a frame
mick hill v gray snooker mick 21 start a frame

and many more matches was lot of wind up going on ,lot of beer talk, lot of serious talk and real good fun with good banter..

but i think to above games 90% was beer talk....

i really dont see any harm trying to match up and personally it good to play money matches against eachother its gives you more to play for and end of day trying to make living ,and above all its great match practise to play eachother and gives you more incentive to practise etc etc

wasnt sure what everyones thoughts were day after when woke up with hangover , but if challenges above are possible match ups then am willing to play... good games or bad games i just want to play and gamble any game ...not been funny or making out am better than anyone i just like the action thats all and want to play...
