Mouthy Deuel is the weakest link not Drago. I would like to have a team of weak links like Tony on my side.

well done europe awsum stuff..i really enjoyed watching this years mosconi.
the new breakrule did it for me.seen more shots not just every man and his dog tapping 6balls in over the pocket..
earls antics make great tv what a character.and he showed what saftey is all about against peach simply awsum..
lets hope matchroom keep the breakrule for rest of tournaments and other tours follow suit..
look forward to next years.hopefully i might make an apperance at some point..
boyzi.......really enjoyed this years mosconi cup

the way your going at the moment Boyzi i wouldn't put it past you, keep it going and you might be in next years mosconi cup.
Just think, if Dazzler hadn't won the world championship you would have been the furthest Euro player anyway.
Im sure you'll get your chance

The things that stood out for me this year was Europe exemplary sportsmanship, along with Tony Drago's fantastic play. Teams USA were represented well only by Morris and VanBoening as far as I could see. The other 3 came across as very bad losers. Maybe Archer was just angry at himself as he wasn't on great form on the table. Deuel and Strickland certainly never gave any of the Europeans any credit.
This was supposedly USA's strongest ever team. Hmm.. Where were they at the WPC? All gone very early, and what's more there 2 other Europeans in the WPC semis who never made the squad. USA may not get their trophy back for a few years yet I think.
Well done to Europe, you did us all proud.

i actually have th upmost respect for Rodney Morris after this years championships. yes he does the hula dance, but he does it at appropriate times and he is always smiling at the table, win or lose. What a fantastic player he is and it was a shame that he had to be the one beaten in the final rack.....actually i take that last bit back but the rest is still true

after the first day i was bewildered and there biggest critic! but am glad i can take it all back!!
ton y was the key and turning point inspirational play and really got the team fired up..great performance in the end and tops of great year for european pool!!
still surprised how bad usa performed but suppose got to give europe credit for that esp tony for putting the pressure on them!! big turning point for me was when tony beat morris 5-1 down that just turned the match completly""
well done lads!!

I'll say one thing, I'm not so sure about the break box, but I like the 3 balls about the headstring rule for breaking, to get rid of that soft break BS, that just ruins 9ball. I'm beginning to think that Jerry Forsythe is right, that the future of pool would be brighter playing 10ball because it takes away the soft break problem as you need to really crush the rack in order to have a chance of making a ball on the snap I for one would definitely like to see that rule being kept in the MC and also being implemented in many more events and tours Willie

I must say, I usually get really nervous watching the tournament but this year I felt it was ours after day 2. Having said that, if Drago lost his last match it would have been squeaky bum time and momentum would have shifted.
I like watching Earl, he is good for the game but I think its outrageous what he did against Peach, talking to the crowd when Peach was at the table etc. Also that poopie about Peach being lucky to win the PWC, get real Earl!
Did anyone notice Morris didn’t shake Drago's hand at the end when Europe won? I'm really not sure about him, he just rubs the salt in a bit too much sometimes when he wins/gets a rack.
quick question off topic, When Peach won the WPC, when he put the queue on the table it nearly touched the white, if it did would that count as a foul?
