:D:D:D100 :D:D:D

You should get a free Pro9 mug or something for that, but they're too expensive to give away - sorry!

Originally i asked for payments by the 3rd May but it is fast approaching so might leave it until 1 week before the event.
Cut-off date will be 10th May anyone who has not sent payment then places will be offered to reserves.

Payments from the reserve players will need to be in quick though.

Just to clarify to everyone who has their name down for this event:-

If you are unable to make it then please let me know ASAP.
If you are still coming to this event i will need the entry fee paid into my paypal account by the 10th May or a cheque in my hand by the same date.
Anyone who is on the list who have not met these requirements will be removed from the list first thing on the morning of the 11th May.
I have asked on numerous occasions for payments early so that final numbers can be sorted and the draw be made.

If i don't have enough payments for the event by the 10th then this event will unfortunately not go ahead.

I need to let the manager of the club know numbers so he can sort out staffing for the day.

Please get your payments in ASAP as this is going to be a good days pool for everyone entering.

Sorry to be harsh but i have put a lot of time and effort into setting this event up and would like it to go ahead.

I will get in contact with Tony Burton, Dal Singh, Liam Wilson, Gary Lewis and tell them about payments, as they're not regualss on here. I have just spoken to Dean Thompson and he said he is definatly going and only has to sort out travel arrangements.

Only 4 more days to get your payments in guys otherwise the draw cannot be made up front.
If we are going to get people turn up on the day and pay then the process of sorting out the group stages will delay the start of this tournament.

To Everyone involved in this tournament if i don't have 32 paid entries before Tuesday of next week then i regret to say this tournament will NOT go ahead.
It is unfair to ask people coming from a long distance to travel for a couple of hundred pound 1st prize.

I will keep updating this post up until the evening of the monday night and then a decision will be made.

Sorry to have to do this but i need to be fair to all people involved.

Anyone who has sent payment in advance as i asked for thankyou you will be refunded in full if the event does'nt go ahead.
