Venue: Rileys, Solihull Date: Sun 23rd September 2007 Time: 11:30am Start This is a very exciting event with a great, unique format: 1. Group stages down to the last 4 so great value for money and the best chance for anyone to progress. 2. Pro players will be seeded into the groups so that there is only 1 pro per group in the first round and no more than 2 per group in the last 16. This means that there won’t be any “groups of death” and that a pro can’t meet another pro until later in the day. 3. We will be using the club to its full potential, using 20 tables for the first 2 rounds and all tables will be tapped. Prize money down to the last 8 and trophies for winner and runner-up. 4. Anybody who has been to Rileys, Solihull will know it is one of the very best clubs in the country with 22 well looked after tables, a large lounge area and friendly staff. For more information send me a pm or call on 07767 660 885. Sounds good, one question though: how are you defining a pro player?

Big Dave will be putting poster on front page which should answer most questions. Basically it is the top 32 on BPPPA, EPT or EuroTour.
Can I put you down??

Can you put me down please. Not sure whether I would be top 32 on BPPPA because I was number 34 on the last rankings I saw but have probably gone up a few places, so would the top 32 mean on the provisional 2 year list?

Is is the top 32 as listed on organisations official web-site on the day of the event. If you are not sure you should pay the £20 in advance to secure your spot but I may ask for the other £10 on the day if your position has changed.
Hope that is clear?!

Yeah that is cool, cheers. Think I am in the top 32 now according to my calculations! Is it ok to just pay the £30 on the day though or does it have to be in advance?

Count me in. I'm number 30 on the (yet to be published) new BPPPA rankings after Barnsley. Also, I can confirm Tony's calculations are correct and he is indeed number 32. Will Buckster and Singh be counted as Pros too? If you PM me your bank details I'll pay by internet bamking. Anyone else from my neck of the woods who is thinking of attending let me know...
