hi fameless , im sure you have missed other threads with these 2 debates lol. i believe it started a few year ago when lee ( who was in charge/organiser of GB9 tour) kicked craig out of a a GB9 tour for bad behaviour n its spirralled on from that. am sure 90 per cent of it now is all show n deep down they dont mean harm but nether the less makes for a cracking game. its dragged on a while to agree on a match and i think most people got fed up of waitin for it to happen but finally its here.
can sum1 correct me if im wrong.
shud b a good day saturday get yourself over mate

Thanks hopkins for this update. Politics again rears its ugly head it appears? Oh well, let battle commence - can anyone knitt a scarf for me half Bandit half Meal Deal as a neutral fan... :-) i hope to be there! All this is better than watching reality TV!

Hopkins a win is a win to me !!
I no I'll win, the question is how many will I win by !! Could very easily be 25-30 racks if I get dragged down to his level could be 10 racks

i know and like both of these guys and respect their games, and i personally think there is very little to choose between them, think there will be only 2-3 racks in it either way, and pity i'm playing down the road in barnsley at the 3rd event of the BWWPA tour, as would be defo tuning in for this one.

May the least $hite on the day win, and whoever wins, the loser should take it in good grace, with a proper hand shake, no dumming spitting, and no ego boosting on here, and a few pints downed to celebrate/commiserate.

For me the match hinges on at what points and for how long Dixon hits a gear...and on this table...and for this race, it is pretty much guaranteed he will at some point.

To win the match comfortably Dixon will have to have two spells of around 15 racks where he wins 11-4 / 10-5 in each. I say this because the difference in Riggers' A and B game (from what I know) is probably not that big so he will win his fair share no question.

I've got to plump for my old scotch partner Dixon in this but, like everyone else, hope they have a mutual nod to each other at the handshake.

Real Deal 50 v 42 Riggers. Good luck gents.

Yea, loose people off for having a 'boring oversized gob' when your sitting behind a computer, creating a new pro9 account just so nobody knows who you are when you write this post. Good job.

Should be a cracking match. Please please please get this recorded if its ustreamed, i'm out on saturday night and dont want to miss the chance to watch it on replay

Live stream will be on the Vegas Bar uStream channel. I'll try and record it and leave it on that channel for offline viewing Ads.

http://www.ustream.tv/channel/vegasbar

Hopefully plenty of people within reasonable distance of the club will come in person to support their man.

My preparation for this match is spot on too and I can't wait to show people that I really can play to a level you've never seen before from me.
