Is a shame that all these world wide events are supposed to be the best events in the world yet every event an English man plays in un less they win the event theres always something up !!
Do all the foreigners do the same or is it jus the mentality of the English ??

Everyone feels the same about the tournament format with these events in Asia and middle east. Philippine play 10ball events so at least the events are harder .. But the organization in china always problems and this one been big problems ... Then they use magic rack with one on the spot so everyone hitting break soft guaranteed balls on generous tables plus no lighting on the tables unless on tv which only get used for Asian players.. Don't be shocked at any results here. Plus 3 players traveled to play and didn't even get in the draw Stevie Moore ,Carlo dal martin, francsico diaz eventually they had a qualifier for one spot between the 3 of them, Stevie Moore went home traveled over 10,000 miles for nothing and cost him over 2k Worst thing is 2 players don't show up for there first round so they could have actually played in the tournament from the beginning , so they let diaz play on losers side against Chris lol but stevie had already gone home.. At the players meeting they only had to do a players a rota show of hands etc then problem would have been solved but no that's too obvious. But for the organizers to not have them in the draw from start is unbelievable really as bca/epbf had sent there entry in. But u grit your teeth and you make the best out of a bad situation and just play. Anyway to results Scott went two and out Daryl played well but got beat Gray got through to last 32 Not sure how Karl got on today I was cruising against Chris 5-0 up then miss cued with 5 balls over bag, then at5-1 missed a easy 9ball. From 5-2 the game changed and I got punished for my mistakes but full credit to Chris as I didn't deserve to win. Good luck to lads for rest of way. Next stop Manila play some real pool

why do people call it a bloodbath,i mean come on,if your playin in a top nothc event surely you would expect to get easy groups, especially when theres 8 in each group,in my eyes there seems to be very good players in all groups, whats all this about massive bags aswell, thought 9 ball were supposed to have generous bags, what are the standard size of the bags on 9 ball table, surely these events have the bags set at that,by shimming the bags or making them smaller is surely not playin 9 ball properly, can someone plaese explain this to me,sorry if im missing summat, like dixon says does every other player maon about thtese so call massive bags, scratchin me napper here
