I'm not playing for £1000 as we have the same backers so my backer will not be having a bet, which means I have to put all the money up myself. I definately want to play you - no starts - but would prefer action night for a lower amount.

what amount is appropiate to play for,this is a must game
200 a man-500 a man,1000 is a bit steep if have same backers,am takin it you both mean dvail,easy sorted if so,just let him sit out if he doesnt want to get involved
same with a lot of games with players sayin they have same backers,pure bullshit in my eyes,more to the point its easy to say that when in reality they dont like the game or its a toughie,not sayin this is the case in this game but alot that have been mentioned in the past are dodged by sayin we have the same backers
example here,if someone who was my mate said play dixon for 500 n il put money up n same on his part if he had a backer that thought the same,id still play him,still mates but wouldnt dodge the match
all this same backer knackers is knackers,its a game at end of the day and still all mates
some crackin games out there if this same backer bullshit gets dropped

Eric, I never said I wouldn't play cos from same backers. I just said the bet would obviously have to be less because I'd have to put all the money up myself. I've been asking Dixon for a game for £100 off levels outside of MMTV for weeks now and he keeps dodging and now comes up with £1000. He knows I won't play for that out of my own pocket, which is why I think it's all a bluff. I don't think he'll play for that amount either. Not sure where the comment came from about Cooper. I've not mentioned anything about playing him and I wouldn't want to. He's a great player and lot better than Dixon, thats for sure. I'm not interested in this game because I haven't got the time or energy for all the BS that will go with it. I know I'm a better player than him, so I'll spend my energy working on my game for the next 6 weeks or so so I can hold my own against bigger players.
