That had it all.. Like a Hollywood script, the come-back, and the eventual victory! [ This message was edited by: BigDave on 2012-06-29 18:33 ]

If it was a Hollywood script you'd think they'd gone a bit over board lol. He never stops astonishing all of us with what he achieves. Give him a knighthood, put him in the hall of fame and let him retire so someone else can have a chance

The guy is an absolute machine, just pure unadulterated hunger and drive.
Anyone clever enough to record the final rack somehow? Will the match be available to view?

Hey Dave what's the chances of getting this shouted out on BBC? Its not as if Andy murray will be giving anything back to great Britain. I know this has been tried and pushed before but would be great to recognise the achievements of Daz. ANOTHER World Trophy and ANOTHER British world Champion!!! Would be nice if our country recognised thier sports people. Whatever the sport may be!!! Thoughts! P [ This message was edited by: Paddymoffet on 2012-06-30 09:13 ]

A couple of us have already alerted our contacts at the BBC... And yes, we've done it before and it's fallen on deaf ears, but we keep trying. I'm wondering if SKY will be a better bet, I'll bang out an email to the Sky Sports Desk later. (Might get them on the breakfast TV sofa after they get back from winning the World Team Championships in China this week!) Fingers crossed!

Fingers crossed. That win will boost the GB teams confidence also and Daz will be flying in the clouds so really fancy the guys to do well as maybe being it back. They will defo be the team to beat that's for sure. UK/Europe domination of pool. Looking forward to Mosconi already lol

How many times have you watched Darren jump on the table now? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YLXYI_t5YdkI remember reading comments about how disrespectful it was of Earl to jump on the table, and there's the same comments on this video now too, but it doesn't seem to matter to me as it's Darren doing it. Quality!
