first time i have read the thread so thought i had better post.

I wont dodge any offers but they have to be fair and i have to be realistic too. I am working 50hrs + a week and maybe play once a week, sometimes once every 2 weeks!

not after sympathy, but i am a player who has to work at his game hard in order to deliver his best or even a b game. hence why i had to quit international pool, i didnt want to underperform and drop down the rankings. work came first for bread n butter.

highest ranking was no.8. best finish was finalist. I know i can beat anyone on my day, that was playing most nights and having regular coaching. just dont feel i can put in the hours required to give chris a decent game off scratch at the moment - thats just me being honest.

ive said before that the categories mean nothing IMO, and i stand by it. there are 3 categories max. 1. the elite full time pro's - they have the option of practicing everyday, if they sit on FB in their pit all day thats their choice - but they have the choice!

2: the majority come next - all working normal jobs too, play when they can but obviously have some extra talent compared to the masses

3 - everyone else....
no disrespect but if your in category 26 you really should be playing tiddlywinks instead! :/

-4 seems fair to me. Chris has to win 10-8, 10-8, and 5-4 to win 21-20 against me. I dont think thats unreasonable baring in mind his current form beating most of europes finest to 3 or 4 racks each time

in all honesty, still feel a game with Wadd or Matt is still fair also.

ozzie - split up from his missus and in bits, but still able to make a little sense of things....

may get a challenger or 2 now people know my situation :) or maybe not....... we shall see. up for giving sensible starts too depending on opponent of course.
